I understand how cliché this paragraph will sound for a review, but I actually can’t recommend Andrea and the team highly enough, or anyone else that’s closely comparable in not just what they offer, but more importantly, what they deliver. I first came by Andrea through a reputable and respected Real Estate agent in 2015. Since then, Andrea has not only created brilliant work with efficiency and speed, it’s backed up with execution (all highly desirable attributes in this field of work), there has also been occasion where she’s saved some deals that were on the brink of loss (deals initially setup elsewhere, only to fail at the eleventh hour. This is where Andrea was introduced to me and came to the rescue). I might also add, that all the work we’ve done, then and since, has been over the phone, and interstate. We’ve not yet met in person, though this shows the assurance and trust she’s equipped with. And with the new venture into The Happy Finance Company, I’ve been fortunate enough to experience the teams A grade work once again in 2021 (and again this year 2022, facilitating a property purchase for a family member). The work is very personalized, and understanding of each clients situation. They’re much more than the great rates and products… There’s Brokers, and then there’s The Happy Finance Team;):) I can only encourage you to avoid headaches, hassles and precious/wasted time (or worse, biggest deals of your life lost) with others in the brokerage field, and instead work with the best I’m sure I’ve more than made my point ~ but if you do want quality work and outcomes, these guys are pick of the bunch
