1. Roll onto a Variable Rate with your current bank

This is the path of least resistance, but it might not be the most cost-effective. With rising interest rates in Australia, rolling onto a variable rate could mean higher monthly payments and more uncertainty in your financial planning.

2. Fix again with your current bank

This option provides stability in your monthly repayments, but with interest rates on the rise, locking in a new fixed rate with your current bank might not be as favourable as it once was.

3. Refinance with a different bank - find the right fit for you

In a high-rate environment like the current one in Australia, refinancing your mortgage can be a strategic move to secure your financial well-being. Refinancing can offer:

Lower Interest Rates: Refinancing can often get you a lower interest rate than what you were paying previously, leading to substantial savings over the life of your loan.
